I initially saw Nadine for a second opinion regarding the cause of my Hematuria. Now, I wouldn't see any other Urologist. I've had a few procedures with her now 2 Flexible Cystoscopys with local anaesthesia and recently a Rigid Cystoscopy with Urethral Dilation under general anaesthesia. She was excellent at explaining everything in enough detail so you'd understand exactly what was going to happen and what to expect. Furthermore, her bedside manner was very much appreciated which in my opinion is a very important aspect given the sensitive nature of any Urology issue.

i have seen Mrs Coull twice, once for initial consultation and then for a cystoscopy and found her to be very pleasant. She explained everything to me then and the procedure was carried out with minimal discomfort.
